The MACI Team was responsible for the delivery of all logistics and exhibit management components of the GLOBE Series, events that over the years, drew between 8000 and 12000 participants. MACI’s services including: overall logistics; exhibit management and sales; hotel management; volunteer management; registration planning/design and management; all social functions and coordination of all satellite events. The GLOBE Forum consisted of 40-60 conference sessions; 25,000 to 43,000 sq.ft. of exhibit space, hosting 150 to 300 exhibits; 100-150 satellite events; and 3000-5000 hotel room nights.
